Ready-made forms are now available in the Form Template Library

Preview AdviserAide questionnaires and PDF forms, then add an editable copy to My Forms.

Building questionnaires and setting up immigration PDF forms can take a lot of time.

AdviserAide now provides ready-made questionnaires and official immigration PDF forms for New Zealand, Australia and the United States through the Form Template Library. Choose the forms your organisation needs and add them to My Forms, without having to build everything from scratch.

For official immigration PDF forms, when a new version is released by the relevant immigration authority, AdviserAide makes the updated version available in the Template Library, helping your team avoid using outdated forms.

You can preview any form in full before adding it. Select Use this form and AdviserAide will add a copy to My Forms, ready for your organisation to customise, send and reuse with clients.

Forms available for New Zealand

The following forms are currently available for New Zealand. Australia and the United States have their own form libraries, so the forms available for those countries are different.

How to use it

  1. Open Form Templates.
  2. Select the Form Template Library tab.
  3. Select a questionnaire or PDF form to preview it.
  4. Select Use this form.
  5. Choose the case categories the form belongs to.
  6. Select Add to my forms.
  7. Open My Forms to edit and use your copy.

When a PDF form is updated

Your customised copy is never changed automatically. When AdviserAide publishes a newer version of a PDF form, we will show New version available and let you preview it first.

You can get a separate copy of the new version, replace your current copy, or keep the version you already use.
